ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Our home-stay facility is located at the heart of Panjal village, Thrissur Distrct. Also very close to Panjal Higher Secondary School and the State Bank of India’s Panjal branch, the branch has an ATM counter. 

The house has been constructed by in the traditional Kerala Architecture style (please go through the attached photos for getting more idea).

We offer the following facilities to our esteemed customers:

• Total area of the house is 2,200 sq.ft.
• This is a three bedroom house and all the bedrooms are attached with modern toilets.
• The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities such as table-top gas cooking range, electric chimney, refrigerator, closed kitchen cabinets, separate storage area, separate work-area with smokeless oven, etc.
• There is a spacious work-area next to the kitchen.
• A common toilet is attached to the work-area. A smokeless oven is provided at the work-area to accommodate extensive cooking requirements, if any.
• An extension for work area has also been provided for additional convenience.
• A big varanda with “Charupadi”, here you can enjoy the beauty of a monsoon rain without any disturbance.
  
• All the toilets are equipped with CERA wall hung toilets and Jaquar fittings (mixer tap, overhead shower, health faucet, etc.)
• Hot water is available at all the toilets, kitchen & work-area.
• 24 Hour water supply is ensured by providing a well and motor within the compound.
• A beautiful “Padippura” with seating facility at the entrance provides an apt place to relax for some time at a different location away from the house. During raining, the moments you spend here can totally be a different experience.
• Spacious walkways around the house has been constructed with quality pavement tiles.



Modular Kitchen

• Cable TV facility is available at family living area.

• The house is built in a 50 cent rectangle plot secured with 4 side compound wall, this provides required convenience and unmatched privacy for the guests.
• The other facilities of the house in brief are separate covered car parking area, furnished visitors’ room, furnished family living room, furnished dining area, well furnished bedrooms, etc.
